If you mix corn starch with water and put it on your sunburn, it will cut down the pain remarkably. It also helps for insect bites and stings.

If your floors are squeaking (especially laminate), it could help to sprinkle some corn starch on the area and then sweep it up. The starch fills the tiny cracks and helps prevent the noise.

If your hair gets greasy quick, you may want to try this trick: Add a handful of Epsom salt to your normal shampoo. Wash and condition your hair like normal and notice the drop in greasiness. Alternatively, you can try a more advanced salt treatment to enhance your hair volume. Mix Epsom salt with your conditioner, warm the mixture over the stove and then massage it from your roots to tips. Let it soak for 20 minutes before washing out. The treatment works to prevent split ends and should boost hair volume.

2. Face care

Mix Epsom salt together with a liquid soap or face-cleansing cream. Gently rub the mixture on your skin and rinse off with warm water. This should help maintain moisture levels in your skin and remove old dead skin cells.

3. Foot care

If you are on your feet all day, your feet can quickly started to feel and show the pain. Epsom salt mixed together with olive oil can be a great treatment to combat dryness. Rub the mixture into your feet once or twice a week and the dry, split skin should quickly improve. You can add an essential oil of your choice for a nice scent.

4. Alleviate bruises

Bruises can be pretty unattractive. Even if they’ve healed long ago, they are often still visible. Try mixing 2 tablespoons of Epsom salt with water and spread the mixture carefully on your skin.

5. Headaches

Guide For Learning How To Whistle

Have you always wanted to be able to whistle but never managed to work out how it’s done? Well, today you’re finally going to learn the solution.

We have found the ultimate instructions for you.

  1. Form the letter ’A’ with your index and middle fingers, with your remaining fingers curled as if you were forming a fist.

2.Suck your lips in slightly, curling them around your teeth. It might take several attempts to work out exactly how much you need to tighten your lips.

  1. Now you need to move your tongue into the correct position. Using your fingers, carefully press your tongue back into your mouth, and gently press its tip downwards. You should end up with a ’curve’ formed from your tongue. Your fingers should be no more than about one quarter inside your mouth.

  1. Breathe out through the air passage that’s formed in your mouth. If it feels like the air is passing only over your lower lip, then you’ve done it correctly. If it seems to be passing by your upper lip as well, you need to reduce the size of the air passage using your fingers.

This Is How beautiful photographs are really created

Every day, many of us come across dozens of striking and unusual photographs, and few of us stop to think about exactly how they’re created. Apart from the talent of the photographer and the precision of the technology they employ, many of the best shots are also made with the assistance of additional experts, who painstakingly work to make every tiny detail perfect — sometimes using unconventional and unexpected methods.

“Fancy Fence” Gate That Disappears Into Ground

This may look like a pretty normal fence at first, but there’s a twist… It opens by retracting the gate into the ground, making it disappear completely!

Titled ‘Fancy Fence’, the system was created to provide people with privacy and safety, while looking simple and elegant at the same time. What we love most is that the gate opens and closes really quickly, the installation of a complete fence takes, surprisingly, less than 24 hours, and, well, it makes your house feel like a true secret base!

We now know just how right the Greeks and Romans were. Bay leaves have a proven calming effect, can act as an anti-inflammatory agent, and can help prevent epileptic fits. The leaves contain essential oils, such as Eucalyptol, which can free up your respiratory passages and help you relax.

In addition, bay leaves can reduce insomnia, stress, and cholesterol. They can also help regulate blood sugar and blood pressure.

Of course, all these benefits don’t take away from how delicious the bay leaf can be when added to dishes. Just remember to always take the leaves out of the food before you eat, lest you accidentally swallow one.

The calming effects of these leaves can be experienced in as little as 10 minutes. All you have to do is burn a few leaves in your home.
Always make sure to burn them in a safe container and away from anything that might be flammable. Use leaves that are completely dry for the best effect as these will burn easily.
